What’s it all about

Dirty Sheets Gravel Grinder Weekend is a three-day cycling weekend anchored by a massive Saturday race drawing 400+ riders from across the U.S. and their families, including elite pros competing for a $5,000 prize purse in the 100-mile race.

Riders start early Saturday morning and begin pouring back into Chattahoochee Hills around noon, staying through the afternoon to eat, drink, listen to live music and explore the Community Market & Expo.

These are energized, travel-ready customers with time to browse — and many of them buy.

All proceeds from Dirty Sheets Gravel Grinder support the North Georgia Mountain Bike Association, helping build and maintain trails throughout North Georgia and Metro Atlanta.

WANT TO BE PART OF MORE THAN SATURDAY AFTERNOON?

The Community Market & Expo runs from 12 PM–6 PM Saturday, but Dirty Sheets is a full weekend.

If what you sell or provide would be useful to riders at other points during the weekend, we’d love to hear from you. Additional opportunities may be available around the Friday afternoon Shakeout Ride, Saturday morning race starts and Sunday morning Coffee Ride.

This is especially relevant for bike shops, cycling and outdoor brands, nutrition and hydration companies, coffee vendors, recovery products and others whose products make sense before or after the ride.

Interested in being involved beyond the Saturday market? Email Wayne at wayne@independentgravel.com.

WHO’S HERE

Dirty Sheets brings together a mix of traveling cyclists, their families, and locals from Chattahoochee Hills and the surrounding South Fulton, Carroll and Fayette County region — all in one place and in a relaxed, hang-out-and-browse mindset.

We’re looking for a strong mix of artists, makers, local businesses, bike and outdoor brands, shops, food producers and other vendors that fit the weekend.

We also welcome vendors selling packaged food and drink products — especially handcrafted, athlete-friendly or unique products that connect naturally with this audience.

Our goal is simple: locals and cyclists sharing the same space, listening to great music, eating good food and shopping for fun, original, one-of-a-kind products.

Some vendors do extremely well at events like this. Others do not. What usually makes the difference is originality, quality and how well the product connects with the people who are here.

WHAT’S HAPPENING SATURDAY

  • Pro Men’s and Pro Women’s 100-mile races
  • Multiple race starts throughout the morning
  • 400+ riders plus friends and family
  • Live bands, DJ and event announcer
  • Community Market & Expo
  • Food, beer, games and more
  • Riders returning to the finish throughout the afternoon

THIS MARKET ISN’T FOR EVERYONE

Dirty Sheets Gravel Grinder is not a flea market or generic craft fair.

We are looking for:

  • Original art
  • Handmade goods
  • Thoughtfully designed products
  • Cycling, outdoor and lifestyle brands
  • Locally produced food and drink
  • Real makers and creators
  • Products that make sense for the Dirty Sheets audience

No knockoffs. No bootlegs. No stolen logos. No cheap iron-on prints.

If you didn’t design it, make it, produce it or own the rights to it, don’t bring it.

Unique, high-quality, authentic work is what we want here — and what this crowd responds to.

It’s a weekend of bikes, food, music, camping, friends and community — and we want the Market & Expo to feel like a natural part of all of it.

If what you make, sell or do belongs here, we’d love to have you.
